The location is close to several stores and food shops.

The air conditioning unit was very loud. It was hard to sleep with the noise (I even tried earplugs!). Loud music from the pool area played until late at night, preventing me from sleeping. The volume was a real nuisance.

Our bartender Lisa provided a great experience. She was on top of our drink order. The bar was fully stocked. She offered friendly service and a great atmosphere.

The complimentary transportation from Disney Springs existed, but the lady I spoke with had no information. The schedule for the transportation is bizarre. It did not offer many opportunities for going to the parks.

Elaine assisted me very well. She knowed the best way to arrive. She provided details for our room location. The location helped so we were near the room, which I liked. The room stayed very clean. The ac was crispy. The front desk was friendly too. A breakfast buffet included worked. This was a charm I liked. The room was big. Beds felt comfy. I enjoyed the housekeeping. The staff seemed nice too. I liked the location near disney springs a lot. I will return. I loved food and shopping around. Plenty of amenities existed. It was easy pre cruise. I am charmed with no issues. The hotel worked so well.
